Our Process

STEP 1

       To start a project, please send us any available plans, 2D AutoCAD Drawings, Sketchup file, Interior design sketches like PDF, DWG, (CAD), JPEG, and PNG.

STEP 2

      Within 24 hrs. we will respond to you with the proposal. A prior notice to proceed is need for work to start.

STEP 3

       Payments will be 50% downpayment, 50% upon its completion. For big projects, we can work with 25% downpayment. Payments are accepted thru PayPal, as well as the major credits.

STEP 4

       We will begin the work after receiving your confirmation or approval and the downpayment for the project. Progress render will be sent within 1-2 days for typical projects

​

STEP 5

      We will need your comments and markups based on our progress renderings. We will edit the render until you are satisfied. Revision are free as long as it is the original scope of work.

​

STEP 6

       Once you are satisfied with the project. We will request for the remaining 50% final payment.  Once we received the final payment, we will removed the watermark and we will  sent to you via email the high resolution image of the project.
